Panel: Pride and Justice

On October 3rd, The Legal Aid Society was proud to co-sponsor a panel discussion hosted by The Center. The conversation, Pride and Justice: A Talk Unpacking the Intersection of LGBTQ+ Rights and Criminal Justice Reform, aimed to dissect the barriers to justice and economic opportunity for LGBTQ people of color within an inherently flawed criminal justice system.

The conversation was moderated by:

  • Shijuade Kadree, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service of NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
